The dish you choose is cooked specifically for you and served to your hideaway, because it’s your private dining experience!

Beef Fillet roasted to perfection, Madagascan green peppercorn sauce, hand cut chips, kitchen salad.
3 of the Best. Paul's famous curries, rice, condiments & roti. (This choice can also be made suitable for a vegetarian dinner)
Grilled, spatchcock, organic, free range chook, chilli & saffron pilaf, kitchen garden salad.
Local Mussels - in spicy tomato with grilled chorizo OR white wine, garlic & cream. Crusty bread, kitchen salad.
Juicy, slow cooked lamb shanks, feta mash, sauteed green beans with lemon & black pepper
Decadent baked chocolate pudding, vanilla icecream
Pavlova in Winter Dress– double cream, poached rhubarb, toasted almonds
Kulfi- Indian Style ice cream, grilled pineapple to garnish
